CUTTY SARK SAILS AGAIN A TITANIC IDEA Having signed a memorandum of understanding with Palmers' Blue Star Line and Chinese shipbuilders CSC Jinling to build the vessel, Australian mining billionaire Clive Palmer really does intend to build a replica of of the Titanic. Opinion in Southampton, England appears to be split but the people of this English south coast city which was home to as many as three-quarters of the great liners' crew, have plenty to say about the announcement.
