Check out the No time for the gym? No worries A recent study comparing the health benefits of an active lifestyle with going to the gym suggests that lifestyle changes do more to improve things like waist circumference, metabolic syndrome and blood pressure. A diet that lacks key nutrients will impact depression. The supplement CO-Q10 combined with DHA Omega 3 supports memory and brain function. Co-Q10 is a substance made in the human body and some research shows that production slows down as we age, or as a side effect of taking pharmaceutical drugs.
