Airwriting Glove
A sensor-equipped glove is worn which identifies letters drawn in the air
by the wearer and converts them into digital text. This is designed for
those who hate tapping in numbers on the virtual screen of a smartphone.
The built-in system in the glove identifies which letters are being drawn in
the air which is converted into digital text that can be used via email, text
message, or any other mobile apps.
The glove can be worn all the time as the sensors on it can distinguish between the wearer's movements, so it can tell whether they are airwriting or
doing something else such as cooking. It's a smart glove. It can also pick
up on its user's style of writing which decreases the error rate in it to 3%.
Developer Christoph Amma has dreams that the technology will eventually
be replaced by something more practical such as a wristband.

Another design to make fitness easier by burning
more calories in a less amount of time has been
introduced in the form of a waist pack with attachable cable bands. This has been designed to be used
anywhere, when walking somewhere, at home, at
work and even while watching television. The cables
are attached with handles for the hands and the
band provides resistance while swinging your arms
when walking. The resistance helps to tone the arms,
shoulders and back. Twelve other exercises to use the
band for have been identified by a physiotherapist.
