We've all had bad days when we've been frustrated and more often
than not, we tend to think of things we SHOULD have said, after the
event or situation has already happened. That's where Hans Johnson
and Jared Wunsch come in.
The two of them created a site called Dear blank, please blank a
mini project where users are asked to share their frustrations with the
world in a short and simple letter format based around "Dear" "Please"
and "Sincerely".

7 Habits of great small
business owners
1. They take care of themselves
Smart small business owners recognize that having a
sharp mind requires having a healthy body.
2. They have lives outside their business
Spending too much time focused on any single
interest will almost always lead to hitting mental
walls.
3. They look forward
Being a great leader is all about being bold and
forward thinking enough to go beyond simply
following proven business and market trends.
4. They are organized
Sometimes having a head full of innovative business
ideas can lead to being a bit scattered.
5. They nurture relationships
The importance of taking time to stay in touch and
have thoughtful, generous interactions with clients
and professional associates cannot be undervalued.
6. They make decisions
Small business owners have to be decisive. It's simply
not optional.
7. They cut the fat
Proactive small business owners are constantly
evaluating and re-evaluating which parts of their
company can be more streamlined.

1. How many people you have in common
on Twitter with the potential new follower
(more is better).
2. How frequently others retweet you (often
is ideal).
3. The more informational tweets the better.
4. "Broadcast" tweets not directed at anyone
or anything aren't attractive.
5. Tweeting negative things often doesn't
help either.
6. If you're profile is detailed, that will help.
7. When your bio has a URL, that's also a
positive.
8. It's attractive if you have more followers
than people you're following.
9. Don't use useless hashtags. People don't
like those.
10. If you use big words in your tweets,
that's a good thing.
11. If you follow people back when they
start following you, others are more inclined
to follow you in the future.
