Success tips for my
younger self
Rachee Fagg, a female blogger from global publishing
network BlogHer.com
"My younger self may not appreciate the route my life has
taken, but she would be happy to see some of the fire
and excitement return. I would tell her to be patient with
herself. She'd probably like to know that her desire to
change the world would stay, even though the methods
and environments changed."

"We all have natural aptitudes, skills
and abilities: superpowers if you
like. We also have other things we
are less good at. Life is easier, more
energetic, more fun and usually a lot
more lucrative if we are firmly playing
to our strengths."
Never underestimate the power of
quiet people
Louise Thompson,
Blogger
The loud and outgoing types are often perceived as stronger and more
successful but by no means does that mean quiet people are stupid,
weak, or untalented. Get rid of those negative stereotypes and use these
tips to embrace the quiet and lead them to succeed in your business.
Don't push them, give them space and time, respect them, acknowledge
their strengths and don't assume anything about them just because
they're quiet, ask questions after you've given them time to think, walk
with them and talk to them one-on-one, let them be individual and independent and work on their own if they please.
Remember, everyone is different so get to know each person before you
make judgements on how to treat them, "big mouths don't guarantee
great leadership".
