DIY BEAUTY An at home, do-it-yourself makeup regime Impeccable, flawless makeup does not have to take hours to apply. It can easily be achieved in the small time most mums have whilst getting ready in the morning. First things first, prioritize….. Make time in the morning, pamper yourself –you deserve it! Take a few minutes to make yourself feel good, it's a great start to the day and leaves you feeling nice throughout. Big time savers are the tools you use, fingers and sponges just don't cut it if you want a perfect finish in minutes. Invest in some beauty brushes; good ones last well, they don't waste product and they'll make all the difference in time saving. Passionate make ? up about TIP 1: Apply your foundation with a brush and quickly buff into the skin using round circling strokes. Brushes do all the hard work for you and you won't get streak and finger marks. TIP 2: Keep your eyebrows groomed and colour them with a brow pencil or shadow. Doing your brows means you can get away with wearing a lot less makeup as they frame the face, and shape the eyes. TIP 3: Use one eye shadow, that's right, one colour! Brush the eye shadow over your whole eye area, applying more on the eye lid. Minimal eye shadow looks effective. TIP 4: Apply mascara to top lashes only. Applying mascara under the eye makes your make-up look dated (think back to the 70's when everyone had dark and spikey lower lashes) and it draws the focus of the eye down. Doing top lashes only is faster too. Phoenix Beauty School Passionate about providing quality education to Makeup Lovers everywhere Your make-up should only take 5 to 10 minutes to apply. Practice makes perfect. It is not how much you are putting on but how quickly you are doing it. Make sure you have the right tools and use products that are quick drying.
