racing, skid competitions, model search, hot food and sound off. Goody bags for the first 100 people through the gate. The event will be held at Fram Autolite Dragway in Meremere from 9-5. Lots of prizes to be won!

Friday October 12 is this year's day of Pink. Get everyone in your organisation to get their pink on. Dress in pink, eat pink, decorate pink and take part in fun pink activities with all
proceeds going to the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation. www.nzbcf.org.nz
Saturday 13th October. Each year the 6000 strong pink army adorn themselves with pink tiaras, angel
wings and wigs across the country. The volunteers take to the streets collecting gold coin donations in exchange for pink ribbons.
