Helsingor, Copenhagen. In Helsingor, head for Kronborg Castle, which Shakespeare immortalised in his play, Hamlet. Admire views over Oresund and visit the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art. Tonight your ship will be docked in Copenhagen, allowing you to step ashore to further explore this vibrant city tonight perhaps visiting a local restaurant or settling into a chic bar for a nightcap. Your ship will be docked in Copenhagen today giving you the chance to enjoy a city tour taking in the wonderful bridge- spanned canals, copper-roofed buildings and manicured parks. Continue to Amalienborg Palace, the prime residence of Princess Mary's Danish Royal Family. BLD Day 16. Skagen, Marstrand. Enjoy a choice of tours this morning in Skagen. Travel to the northern tip of Denmark, to a sandbar between the Kattegat and the Skagerak seas, known as Grenen. Alternatively take part in a walking tour along the waterfront and through the city's cobblestone streets. Both tours visit the Skagen Museum, which tells the history of the artist's colony that famously was popular here between 1870 and 1930. Then reboard your ship and sail towards the fishing village of Marstrand. Founded in the 13th century by a Norwegian king, Marstrand is today a popular summer holiday spot. See the impressive 17th-century Carlsten Fort. BLD Day 17. Oslo. On a tour of Oslo wander amid more than 200 sculptures made in bronze, granite and wrought iron at Vigeland Sculpture Park, then continue to the Viking Ship Museum. This afternoon, visit the Norsk Folkemuseum, one of the largest open-air museums in Europe. The museum shows how people lived in Norway across the centuries from 1500 until today. BLD Day 18.
