Today women in business are seen as equals to males. This has developed over the past 10 years, with a number of women heading up large companies. Q: Generally speaking what do you think distinguishes women's business style from men's? Women on the whole are more patient and empathetic, which gives them the ability to connect with their staff and the business they are in on many different levels. Q: What do you think is a women's most valuable asset in business? With women juggling busy lives we are able to cope with more.
