Your tour representative will meet you in baggage claim, then transfer you to your hotel for overnight accommodations. DAY 2: Enjoy a brief city tour of Anchorage, which includes the historic downtown district, and a visit to the Anchorage Museum, a world-class museum which seeks to preserve, exhibit and interpret the art and history of Alaska. Board the deluxe motor coach to Seward, gateway to the Kenai Fjords National Park. Travel along the scenic Turnagain Arm. Welcome dinner included this evening. Overnight Seward. (B, D) DAY 3: Spend the morning exploring Seward, then board a glacier and wildlife cruise and travel through the majestic Kenai Fjords National Park. Overnight Seward. (B, L) DAY 4: Board the motor coach for a journey north to Talkeetna, along the scenic Parks Highway, where you will make several stops along the way. Explore this quaint town at your leisure by participating in an optional tour such as flight seeing, hiking, or a jet boat adventure. Overnight Talkeetna. (B) DAY 5: Ride Deluxe Dome Railcars during the day trip to Denali National Park. Watch for a glimpse of the majestic Mt. McKinley or black bears along the banks of the Susitna River. Enjoy an afternoon at your leisure by either participating in a complimentary park service activity or optional tour. There are many to choose from, including mild or wild river rafting, flight seeing, a jet boat safari on the Nenana River, or a visit to an Iditarod champion's award-winning dog kennel. Overnight Denali. (B) DAY 6: Travel deep into Denali National Park on the Tundra Wilderness Tour and search the vast wilderness for bears, moose, caribou, and Dall sheep. Early May & September tours are shortened due to road conditions. Overnight Denali. (B, S) DAY 7: Ride the motor coach south to Anchorage. Tonight, share stories of your Alaskan Adventure with your traveling companions at a closing night dinner. Overnight Anchorage. (B, D) DAY 8: Transfer to the airport for your departure home.
