IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING SOME
OF THE FEELINGS ASSOCIATED
WITH IMPOSTER SYNDROME
THERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU
CAN DO TO HELP YOU ENJOY
YOUR SUCCESS A BIT MORE:
1. Understand that there is a level of discomfort when trying
new things, and try to relate these feelings to the situation
rather than your value as a person.
2. Keep putting yourself out there; the things you felt like an
imposter a few years ago are now comfortable. The more
you get out there the easier it gets.
3. Rather than keeping a distance from successful women,
surround yourself with them and talk with them. You will
soon discover these feelings of inadequacy are common
amongst successful women.
4. Keep balance in your life; rather than investing everything
in being a success at work, make time to enjoy things that
are fun and joyful.
