Understand that there is a level of discomfort when trying new things, and try to relate these feelings to the situation rather than your value as a person. 2. Keep putting yourself out there; the things you felt like an imposter a few years ago are now comfortable. The more you get out there the easier it gets. 3. Rather than keeping a distance from successful women, surround yourself with them and talk with them. You will soon discover these feelings of inadequacy are common amongst successful women. 4. Keep balance in your life; rather than investing everything in being a success at work, make time to enjoy things that are fun and joyful.
