Kupe Sites - Landmarks
of a Great Voyager
1 March – 1 May
A thousand years ago the great Polynesian
voyager Kupe made an epic journey across the
Pacific Ocean to a new land. Many traces remain
of Kupe's encounter with this place. They can be
found in the names of landmarks in various parts
of the country.
In this exhibition you can explore some of
these Kupe sites - in Northland, the Wairarapa,
Wellington and Marlborough.
A touring exhibition from the Museum of New
Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, will be hosted in
the Edmiston Gallery of Maritime Art at Voyager.

The wine will be chilled, the acts will be hot and
the surrounds picture perfect. The More FM

to a vineyard near you this month.
One of New Zealand's best loved acts, OPSHOP,
are set to headline the countryside convoy,
alongside Aria Award winning Australian Artist
Missy Higgins. Iconic Kiwi artists Che-Fu and
Aaradhna will join them on the road, performing
a highly anticipated Soul set together, as well as
their classic solo hits.
Kicking off the tour in Tauranga in mid-February,
the More FM Summer Vineyard Tour will also
be heading to the Hawke's Bay, Martinborough,
Nelson, Christchurch and Auckland.
