She believes the future of business lies in mashing up exceptional service, entrepreneurial spirit and digital nous with finding ways to make life easier for people. Jenene's pretty convinced she has all the right ingredients in her latest venture Flossie.com (the wotif.com of Hair and Beauty). The one thing I am most passionate about… Well, I wouldn't say that I'm passionate, so much as utterly obsessed. It's like the next level up! Customer service. I am obsessed beyond belief about how we can provide the best possible service women in NZ have ever seen. T h e a F a rq u h a r s o n A six month OE working in IT turned into six years for Thea and her husband, Steve. Based in the UK, the couple had fabulous adventures with friends travelling around Europe – but eventually, home beckoned. From Oamaru originally, Thea and Steve knew Otago offered the lifestyle opportunities they had dreamed of, and the idea of planting Wooing Tree Vineyard in Cromwell together with Steve's sister Jane and husband Geoff was hatched. They remained abroad working to pay for the venture, and returned home for Wooing Tree's first harvest in 2005. Friends from around the world visited to help, and consequently, sharing their love of the industry and the paradise they live in has become a huge part of their lives. The enthusiasm of visitors never fails to energise Thea, so it's a good thing they get so many! p.98 The one thing I am most passionate about… Is our family – Steve and I love experiencing the excitement of life through the eyes of our two young sons, Finn and Hadley.
