In order for LarkLife to work, you'll need a special iPhone app as well, and while the bracelet uses the pedometer to count your steps, the iOS app is used to enter your food intake and get diet recommendations. In addition, LarkLife bracelet measures how long you sleep and how long it takes you to fall asleep, and it also comes with a vibrating built-in alarm.
