around the world on the lips of many fashion week models and magazine shoots, and is now available in all the cosmetic counters' new release lines. Eye Liner
Opt for a dark teal pencil and use on the top of your lash line. To complement a Twiggy- fashion style this season, use your eyeliner to give you a cat's eye flick – starting thin in the inner eye corner and winging out to a thicker line towards the outer eye corner.
Mascara
For a softer approach why not trade in your dark brown mascara for a teal or forest green one? Coloured mascara is available in light, bright or deep shades – and when wearing teal mascara any toned eye shadow will work well with it. Colored mascara adds a very delicate hint of colour to eyes without making make up look overdone. Every time you blink people will see a touch of teal fluttering on your lashes.
