31 MEDITERRANEAN Feast your eyes on an amazing variety of impressive artefacts, then tour Antalya's old city centre. Two Night Stay: Antalya, Akra Barut or similar. BD Day 8. Antalya, Perga, Aspendos. Travel to the ancient ruins of Perga and see an acropolis dating back to the Bronze Age. Walk through the massive Roman Gate with its four arches, see the southern nymphaeum and well-preserved baths, and visit the agora. See the fantastic collection of columns that still stand as you travel along the colonnaded street and venture beyond the Hellenistic Gate, with its two enormous towers. Then head to Aspendos, an ancient Greco-Roman city thought to have one of the world's best-preserved ancient theatres. B Day 9. Antalya, Istanbul. Fly back to Istanbul today where you will have the afternoon and evening at leisure to explore. Two Night Stay: Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus. B Day 10. Istanbul. Today a guided city tour will take you to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, among other sites. This evening, head to the Chora Museum to enjoy an Ottoman-style dinner with traditional music. BD Day 11. Istanbul, Freedom of Choice. Choose from a tour of Topkapi Palace; a Turkish bath experience; or a visit to the Rustem Pasha Mosque and the Spice Bazaar. Afterwards, transfer to your small ship. 14 Night Stay: aboard the MS Island Sky. BD Day 12. Gallipoli Peninsula. Experience the ANZAC legend during a full day on the Gallipoli Peninsula. See the memorials that stand as tribute to those who fought in World War I. Commemorate at Anzac Cove, the Australian Memorial at Lone Pine, and the New Zealand Memorial at Chunuk Bair. BLD Day 13. Kusadasi, Ephesus. From Kusadasi, drive to the ancient city of Ephesus. One of the best-preserved classical cities of the Eastern Mediterranean, Ephesus is a stunning, partially excavated site complete with lovely architecture. BLD Day 14. Mykonos, Syros, Freedom of Choice. Sail to Mykonos and take a gentle walking tour along the quaint cobbled streets. Alternatively, relax on a sun bed on the beach, Plays Giallos. Continue to Syros and visit the Holy Cathedral of the Dormition of the Virgin, the Vaporia district and Miaouli Square.
