30 Day 1. Arrive Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). On arrival in one of the world's most spectacular cities, Rio de Janeiro, you'll transfer to your hotel. Three Night Stay: Rio de Janeiro, Copacabana Palace. Day 2. Rio de Janeiro. Travel to Corcovado, the mountain famous for its iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer. Visit the statue and stand on the platform at its peak for stunning views across the city. At sunset, ride a cable car to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain before heading to a local restaurant for a delicious Brazilian BBQ. BD Day 3. Rio de Janeiro, Freedom of Choice. This morning, enjoy your selected sightseeing activity. You may wish to embark on a tour through the local favelas. Alternatively, experience the stunning beauty of the Botanical Gardens and the Tijuca National Park; or perhaps join a tour of the city's fascinating historical sights, where the legends woven through the narrow streets are brought to life on an enthralling discovery. B Day 4. Rio de Janeiro, Iguassu Falls (Brazil). Board your flight to Iguassu Falls, an impressive series of waterfalls which straddle the borders of Argentina and Brazil. This afternoon walk to a viewing platform for a panoramic view of the falls. Get up close to the thundering cascades on a Jet Boat Ride Safari. Tonight dine at Ipê Grill at your hotel. Two Night Stay: Iguassu Falls, Hotel das Cataratas. BD Day 5. Iguassu Falls. Today we venture into the Argentinian side of the falls. Ride the Rainforest Ecological Train through the forest to a series of walkways and viewing points, including one directly over the 82 metre-deep Devil's Throat. B Day 6. Iguassu Falls, Buenos Aires (Argentina). Awake near the beautiful Iguassu Falls and enjoy breakfast at your hotel. This morning, visit the Parque das Aves Bird Park. Walk through the aviaries filled with the continent's most fascinating bird life including the iconic toucan. This afternoon fly to the Argentinian capital of Buenos Aires. On arrival, you'll be met and transferred to your hotel. Three Night Stay: Buenos Aires, Alvear Palace Hotel. B Day 7. Buenos Aires. Enjoy a tour of Buenos Aires today before visiting the city's oldest barrio (district). Explore La Boca's colourful houses and picturesque pedestrian street, the Caminito; drive along one of the widest avenues in the world, Avenida 9 de Julio; pass the parks, gardens and tree-lined streets of Palermo; and visit La Recoleta Cemetery. Later, head to Esquina Carlos Gardel to enjoy a delicious dinner and an exciting tango show at one of the city's most famous and historic dance locations.
