sheila I food BANANA BREAD 125g butter 250g caster sugar 5 ripe bananas 2 eggs ½ cup walnuts, chopped ½ cup pistachios, chopped ½ cup dates, chopped 250g plain flour, sifted 2 tsp baking powder 1 Fold through the nuts and dates. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Fold to combine. Mix butter, sugar, mashed bananas and eggs together. 2 minutes. Serve warm with a smear of butter. Pour into a greased loaf tin.
