COOKIES 500g butter 4 cups brown sugar 1 cup raw sugar 4 eggs CHOC CHIP 5 cups plain flour 2 tsp baking powder pinch of salt 5 cups choc chips 1 until smooth. 2 3 4 Whisk together the butter, brown sugar and raw sugar remaining ingredients into the mix. Add the eggs one at a time and combine. Fold the tbsp portions, roughly shape the portions into balls and flatten. Grease or line a baking tray.
