60 Day 7. Etosha National Park, Windhoek, Cape Town. Fly back to Windhoek where your Namibia Private Air Safari ends. From here, fly to Cape Town in South Africa and transfer to your hotel. Cape Town, Freedom of Choice. Ride the aerial cableway to the top of Cape Town's iconic Table Mountain, then visit the District Six Museum and the Castle of Good Hope. Later, choose from a visit to the Constantia Winelands or take a ferry to Robben Island. Another option is to set off on a township tour. Tonight, join an African drumming session before enjoying a meal of Cape Malay cuisine. BD TRAVEL THE SCENIC GARDEN ROUTE Day 9. Cape Town, Cape Peninsula. Discover the Cape Peninsula during a full-day tour. This picturesque journey takes you along Chapman's Peak Drive to Cape Point, where the Atlantic and Indian oceans meet. Continue on to historic Simon's Town and then see penguins up close at Boulders Beach before returning to Cape Town. BL Day 10. Cape Town, Oudtshoorn. Set off through the coastal and forest landscapes of the Garden Route, stopping to explore the Cango Caves en route to Oudtshoorn. The region is the gateway to the Karoo, a vast desert area covering over 4000,000 square kilometres of the Cape. Tonight's dinner features traditional Karoo cuisine. Stay: Oudtshoorn, Rosenhof Country House. BD Day 11. Oudtshoorn, Freedom of Choice, Knysna. This morning in Oudtshoorn, perhaps embark on a meerkat safari to observe these tiny habituated creatures go about their daily activities. Your other option is an elephant feeding experience, during which you will get right up close to these gentle creatures. Continue your journey to Knysna. Two Night Stay: Knysna, Turbine Hotel & Spa. BD Day 12. Knysna, Featherbed Nature Reserve. Take a ferry to Featherbed Nature Reserve and travel by 4WD to Western Head for panoramic views of Knysna Lagoon. You may like to take an optional bushwalk before a buffet lunch amid the lush forest of the reserve. BL AN EASTERN CAPE SAFARI Day 13. Knysna, Pumba Private Game Reserve. Travel along the Storms River mouth then head inland from Port Elizabeth to Pumba Private Game Reserve on the Eastern Cape. Two Night Stay: Pumba Private Game Reserve, Msenge Bush Lodge. BLD Day 14. Pumba Private Game Reserve. Experience the thrill of an Eastern Cape safari today, keeping an eye out for Africa's famous Big Five and the reserve's pride of critically endangered white lions. BLD WILDLIFE IN KRUGER NATIONAL PARK Day 15. Pumba Private Game Reserve, Kruger National Park. Transfer to Port Elizabeth and fly via Johannesburg to Kruger National Park, where you enter the private Sabi Sands Game Reserve. This is one of the best parks in which to spot leopard. Travelling through the lodge's private concession on morning and afternoon game drives, you will share the land with very few others, increasing your chance of animal sightings. Your day ends with an intimate boma dinner under the stars. BLD Day 17. Kruger National Park, Johannesburg. Fly to Johannesburg where you will stay in the renowned Sandton district. Two Night Stay: Johannesburg, The Michelangelo Hotel. BD EXPLORE BUSTLING JOHANNESBURG Day 18. Johannesburg, Soweto. Venture into the sprawling township of Soweto to see the house where Nelson Mandela once lived, as well as the Hector Pieterson Memorial, commemorating the 1976 student uprising. Later, visit the Apartheid Museum to learn about 20th-century South Africa. B AWE-INSPIRING VICTORIA FALLS Day 19. Johannesburg, Livingstone, Victoria Falls. Fly to Livingstone in Zambia and settle in to your hotel. Take a walk to Victoria Falls in the afternoon. Two Night Stay: Royal Livingstone Hotel. BD Day 20. Livingstone, Freedom of Choice. Today, perhaps trace the steps of Dr Livingstone on Chief Mukuni's Village Cultural Tour then visit the Maramba Market. Or enjoy an elephant safari along the Zambezi River. Alternatively, marvel at Victoria Falls from above on a helicopter flight. B Day 21. Depart Livingstone. Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
