36 Day 1. Arrive Calgary. On arrival, be met at the airport and then transfer to Banff. Spend time exploring the charming town of Banff on a tour. Then later, to discover the full extent of Banff's remarkable natural beauty, ride the Banff Gondola along Sulphur Mountain for incredible views over the whole town and surrounding district. Later, discover the picturesque scenery around nearby Bow River. A Taste of Canada – take a trail ride along the banks of the Bow River and enjoy a tasty Steak Fry BBQ dinner this evening. Banff, Lake Louise. Today, journey along the spectacular Icefields Parkway, before boarding an Ice Explorer for a memorable ride onto Athabasca Glacier. Rocky Mountaineer, Kamloops. Board the Rocky Mountaineer train and settle into your carriage as you embark on one of the world's most fabled rail journeys. En route to Kamloops today, enjoy the region's incredible alpine views and natural landmarks. BL Day 5. Rocky Mountaineer, Vancouver. Today, rejoin the Rocky Mountaineer and continue your rail adventure west towards the Pacific Ocean.
