The airlines' maximum liability for loss, damage or delay to checked baggage is limited to $3300 per ticketed passenger domestically and $9.07 per pound up to 44 lbs. per ticketed passenger for international travel. These limits will apply unless an excess valuation is declared at the time of check-in. All lost or damaged luggage must be reported to an airline representative at the destination airport by the passenger before you leave the airport. Checked baggage taken from the terminal building at the destination will be considered to have been received in good condition and no claim for loss or damage will be accepted after baggage has been removed from the terminal. The maximum liability of the ground transportation company in resort for lost or damaged property is $400. Loss or damage must be reported immediately. Travel Impressions does not accept liability for client luggage or personal property. PrOOF OF CITIZENSHIP AND ENTry rEQuIrEMENTS: Participant(s) are responsible for determining and obtaining proper documentation including any visas or other travel documentation that may be required. failure to carry proper proof of citizenship may lead to denied entry to aircraft and/or foreign country. All participants are required to check with the appropriate consulate or embassy for the respective destination for entry requirements that apply to them and their travel companions. No refunds will be made if incomplete or improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry. A valid passport may be required and should be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your return date. CANCEL FOr ANy rEASON WAIVEr AND TrAVEL PrOTECTION PLAN: The Cancel for Any Reason waiver and Travel Protection Plan ("Plan") contains both noninsurance (Section I) and insurance (Section II) components. Enrollment in the Plan is optional and once enrolled, the cost associated with the Cancel for Any Reason waiver portion of the Plan will not be refunded. Section I Cancel for Any Reason waiver is a noninsurance component and is provided by Travel Impressions, Ltd. Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company, a Transamerica company, is in the process of legally changing its name to Transamerica Casualty Insurance Company. The only thing changing is the name of the company, not your insurance coverage. As the transition takes place both Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company and the new name, Transamerica Casualty Insurance Company, will be in use. Section II of the Plan is underwritten by Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company which is changing its name to Transamerica Casualty Insurance Company, Columbus, Ohio; NAIC # 10952 (all states except as otherwise noted) under Policy/Certificate form series TAHC5000. The balance due must be paid at least 45 days before departure (for bookings within 45 days of departure, full payment is due at time of booking). we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you if the balance due is not paid on time. Amendments And Cancellation If you cancel your vacation or change your departure date, flight, duration, class of service, name, departure city, or destination on a public charter flight, the charges shown below become payable by you.
