Enjoy dinner in the gardens of the Dao Tien Restaurant tonight. BD Day 22. Hoi An. Attend an exclusive Vietnamese cooking class at the Red Bridge Cooking School. First, visit the Hoi An Market to learn about local ingredients you'll use later, then cruise along the Hoi An River to the cooking school. Here, enjoy a boat ride, then visit a traditional Fujian Temple. BLD CROSS INTO CAMBODIA Day 28. Tan Chau, Evergreen Island, Border Crossing. Take a small-boat journey along the tiny tributaries that snake around Tan Chau, then step ashore for a rickshaw tour. Later, visit a remote evergreen island. Enjoy time on board while border formalities are carried out and you cross into Cambodia. BLD Day 29. Phnom Penh. Take a moving excursion to the infamous Killing Fields, before visiting the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum where you'll learn of the atrocities inflicted upon Cambodians during Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge regime. After lunch, a city tour takes you to the Royal Palace and the Silver Pagoda. BLD Day 30. Phnom Penh, Koh Chen Village. Enjoy time at leisure this morning in Phnom Penh. Relax aboard your luxury ship or discover the city's Russian market. Later today, cruise to remote Koh Chen, a small village specialising in copperware. On arrival, visit a selection of home-workshops that manufacture handmade copper souvenirs. BLD Day 31. Oudong, Kampong Tralach. Disembark in Prek K'dam, where you'll set off by coach on a tour of Oudong. Visit the monastery for a Buddha blessing, then continue to Kampong Tralach to visit Wat Kampong Tralach Pleu. Later, take an ox-cart ride through rice fields and a small village back to your ship. BLD Day 32. Kampong Chhnang. Travel by small boat into the wetlands near Kampong Chhnang this morning. Afterwards, return to your ship and cast off towards the lake of Tonle Sap. Back on board your ship this evening, enjoy a Farewell Dinner. BLD DISCOVER THE TEMPLES OF ANGKOR Day 33. Disembark Cruise, Siem Reap, Freedom of Choice. Disembark your ship and once ashore, transfer to your hotel in Siem Reap. From here, head to World Heritage-listed Angkor Archaeological Park to visit Angkor Thom and the 12th-century temple, Bayon. Tonight, choose from a range of restaurants for dinner. Two Night Stay: Siem Reap, Hotel Sofitel Angkor. BD Day 34. Siem Reap, Angkor. Rise early and travel to the Angkor complex for a glass of champagne as you watch the sun rise at Angkor Wat. After a tour of the temple, return to your hotel for breakfast. Later, explore Ta Prohm, then visit 'Opportunities of Development thru Art' (ODA), an organisation that provides education opportunities for disadvantaged children. Tonight, enjoy a Farewell Dinner as well as an Apsara dance performance. BD Day 35. Siem Reap, Freedom of Choice, Depart. Perhaps visit Wat Preah Phrom Rath and receive a Buddhist blessing; visit the Artisans d'Angkor workshops; participate in an Apsara dance class; enjoy a quad bike adventure; ride an elephant to Bayon; take a bicycle tour; enjoy a cooking class; or indulge in a spa treatment.
