sheila I news RICKI- LEE What is your beauty regime? The most important thing is looking after your skin so it has that healthy glow - so I cleanse, tone and moisturise twice a day. I try to make the effort to glam up every day in some way - even if I'm in jeans and a t-shirt, popping on a heel and some red lipstick makes a huge difference and takes no time at all! Getting glammed up for one of my shows, a red carpet or a video or photo shoot is a three-hour process though! When is it that you feel at your most glam? When I'm wearing red lipstick - my favourite hue is 'Hot Passion' by COVERGIRL. It makes me feel a million bucks! Who is the woman who epitomises "glam" in your book? I'm such a fashion addict and I've been obsessed with make up since I was a kid. In my life I've been so fortunate to have been afforded so many incredible opportunities to really work with the best of the best stylists and make up artists and I've learnt so much from them, so I'm glad that I can use my experiences to help Why do you think it is important to glam up? I think getting glammed up can lift a woman's mood and entire outlook for the day. When you've spent four days off work sick with tissues hanging out of your nose slouching around in your PJs and Ugg boots you don't feel that great about yourself. But then when you put on a face of make up for dinner or to a party you feel alive and you feel sexy and you feel happy. I think getting glammed up is a great thing for your self esteem.
