Specialising in; Allergies and Intolerances, Digestive Disorders, Weight Loss, Sports Nutrition and Peak Performance, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and High Cholesterol, Fatigue and Poor Energy, Natural Fertility and Hormonal Imbalances, Stress, Anxiety and Depression. I also have a special interest in nutrition media and write for a number of prominent publications, including M2 Woman, Good, NZ Business and of course Her Business! There's no one else to help you with filing, photocopying or answering the phone when you are really busy. In reality, the very best thing about running your own business – the independence – is also the most difficult thing.
