Brought up on a New Zealand farm, Josh discovered his passion for cooking as a child. In 2000, he moved to London to be part of the team at the three Michelin star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Josh's passion for combining only the best in- gredients and accomplished technique led him to join Chef Patron, Marcus Wa- reing as Head Chef at The Savoy Grill in 2003, with their efforts rewarded in 2004 when The Savoy Grill won its first Michelin star. In 2006, Josh moved to the United States to oversee Gordon Ramsay at The London NYC and later Gordon Ramsay at The London West Hollywood – both awarded Michelin stars. Josh contin- ues to receive exceptional reviews for his cooking and was named New York Rising Star Chef in 2008. He relocated to Melbourne in 2010 to open Gordon Ramsay's first two restaurants in Australia and most recently he has been a judge of MasterChef New Zealand.
