Prince Albert restaurant offers a famed Taste of the South Pacific menu drawing on the foods and f lavours of the region with a focus on beautifully prepared and presented local produce. Steamship Bar opens late every night whilst the Victoria Lounge serves a complimentary breakfast and sundowner cocktails for guests staying in the heritage building.
