With inspiration pulled from the exploratory spirit of the original Vikings, you'll encounter
our Nordic heritage in every storied space on board our ocean ships. Clean lines, warm
blonde joinery and touches of slate nod to our forbears' connection to the natural world,
while leather and colourful woven textiles recall the patterns of early Norwegian craftsmen.
A clinker-built bar pays tribute to the Viking longships of yesteryear; the Explorers' Lounge
is a display of cozy pelts, Turkish marble, amber and pewter inspired by far-reaching trade
journeys; and soothing, natural Swedish limestone and fragrant juniper wood abound in the
Nordic Spa.
