TREASURES EXHIBITION
We are excited to announce a new partnership with
Museums Victoria, with the sponsorship of the
upcoming exhibition: Treasures of the Viking Age: The
Galloway Hoard. This exhibition features a rare and
unique collection of Viking-age mementos, jewellery
and heirlooms and is considered one of the most
important archaeological discoveries of the century.
You can see the exhibition at the Melbourne
Museum until 26 January 2026.

NEW RIVER SHIPS JOINING THE FLEET
Over the last few months, we have continued to expand our award-winning fleet of river ships
around the world with the launch of three new ships. The Viking Gyda will sail exclusively on
Portugal's Douro River bringing our fleet of ships in this magical part of the world to five.
The Viking Amun hosting 82 guests in 41 staterooms is built specifically to navigate the Nile
River on our popular 12-day Pharaohs & Pyramids itinerary. In addition to the Viking Amun, we
have plans to welcome five other new ships in Egypt in the next two years, which will bring our
fleet to 12 vessels on the Nile River by 2027.
Most recently the Viking Tonle joined her sister ship, the Viking Saigon sailing the Mekong River
on our 15-day Magnificent Mekong itinerary. We look forward to welcoming you on board our
newest vessels in the fleet.
