Stroll the cobblestoned streets of the Old Town and admire 19th-century architecture. Soak up the atmosphere in the quaint squares as you head to a local restaurant. Here, indulge in a meal of Serbian fare, including urnebes (paprika spread), ćevapi (grilled sausages), and traditional desserts while witnessing a lively performance and local wine. KING CRAB SAFARI Explore the fishing pier in Honningsvåg, Norway with your guide, put on floating suits, and head out in a deep-sea raft into Sarnesfjorden. Take in the stunning views of green slopes all around as you traverse the deep blue water. Visit a marine farm to see the harvesting of prized king crabs as a fisherman pulls the traps from the depths. After returning to shore, you will proceed to a tradtional Sami tent to prepare and enjoy your catch with guidance from a local cook. AALAN FARM Take a scenic drive to a farm near Lauvdalen to experience rural life in Norway's Northlands. Meet a local farming family who produce cheese and herbs in an eco-friendly setting. Learn about daily farm life and techniques, and meet the farm animals, including goats, a dog, a cat, and a miniature pig. Sample their cheeses and hear stories about their life. On the way back, stop at Torvdalshalsen viewpoint to admire the beautiful landscape and learn about Viking history. BARILLA BAY OYSTER FARM & WINERY Savour Pacific oysters and fine wine at Barilla Bay oyster farm and a nearby winery. Established in 1980, the farm pioneered new oyster-growing methods. Learn about the bay's tidal waters and oyster growth from spat to maturity. Discover the farm's conservation efforts and how cold, clean waters enhance oyster taste and texture. Sample freshly picked oysters, then visit a nearby winery for a wine appreciation presentation and taste local Tasmanian wines. THE WORLD OF TRUFFLES: HUNTING & TASTING Truffles, known for their robust aroma and earthy flavour, are found in select French regions. Enjoy an afternoon at a truffle farmer's house on the outskirts of Saint-Émillion and meet his specially trained truffle-hunting dog. These dogs have an innate ability to detect truffles buried deep in the forest floor. Learn about the rare black Périgord truffle, a jewel of gastronomy, before heading to lunch to savour this exquisite delicacy. 5 6 7 8 9 10 "END OF THE WORLD" ECO-FARM Indulge in Patagonia's flavours on an excursion to the southernmost agroecology farm. Drive through Tierra del Fuego, admiring the Andes mountains, Fuegian forests, and peat bogs. Stop for coffee in Haruwen, then continue to Puerto Almanza, a fishing village on the Beagle Channel.
