VACATION ENHANCING TOURS Make the most of your vacation, and book your tours before your trip. Everything is pre-arranged, so all you have to do is enjoy! ADELAIDE Two-Day Kangaroo Island in Style Fly to and from this island retreat and commence your four-wheel drive tour. Spot koalas in a eucalyptus forest and, after lunch, walk among Australian sea lions with your guide. Enjoy dinner at your B&B that evening. The next day, travel to Flinders Chase National Park. Then, visit Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch, and a fur seal colony before a gourmet picnic lunch. (Includes one night stay at Stranraer Homestead and two days touring with morning tea and lunch.) Two-Day Kangaroo Island Coast to Coast DAY 1: A coach will pick you up from your hotel for your transfer to the departure point of your tour. Journey south through the rolling hills along the Fleurieu Peninsula coastline to Cape Jervis to board the Sealink ferry for the crossing to Kangaroo Island. Upon arrival, visit Clifford's Honey Farm to enjoy an informative talk by the beekeeper, followed by tastings and an opportunity to sample homemade honey ice-cream and honey beauty products. Travel to Vivonne Bay for lunch. After lunch, visit Seal Bay for a guided beach walk amongst a colony of wild and rare Australian Sea Lions. After Seal Bay, see the Birds of Prey free-flight demonstration, an interactive and educational display of native Australian birds and raptors. Travel back to Kingscote to watch the pelican feeding and learn about these birds before being transferred to your overnight accommodation. Hotel: Kangaroo Island Seafront Resort (L) DAY 2: Today travel to Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery to sample the eucalyptus products, then travel to the center of Kangaroo Island to the Parndana Wildlife Park for a guided tour, and the opportunity to feed kangaroos and see koalas. From here, travel to Hanson Bay Sanctuary for lunch and a walk through Eucalyptus trees to look for koalas. Then, travel to Flinders Chase National Park, renowned as a sanctuary for native Australian animals, including kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, and echidnas. The tour of the park will take you to the rugged southern coastline for a walk on Remarkable Rocks for great photographic opportunities and stunning sea views; and Admiral's Arch Boardwalk, which takes you down a rugged cliff face to reveal this spectacular rock archway, a natural nursery and safe haven for New Zealand fur seals. Your tour concludes at Kingscote Airport to connect with the flight to Adelaide, at which time hotel drop-offs will commence. (B, L) 26 South Australia Kangaroo Island Adventure Fly to Kangaroo Island for your four-wheel drive tour. Stroll through a eucalypt forest with snoozing koalas. Experience some of the Island's best farming country, visit the world's rarest cockatoo, and seek out kangaroos. After lunch, have a guided walk among Australian sea lions and explore the island before departure. (Full-day, including flight to and from Adelaide, lunch and morning tea) Grand Barossa with Wineries & Hahndorf Sample the delights of the Barossa Valley with wine tasting at Richmond Grove Winery followed by lunch at Kaesler's Winery Restaurant. Travel through the old mill town of Woodside and the Adelaide Hills dotted with quaint villages to Hahndorf. Enjoy free time to walk and browse along the main street.
