When we set out to reinvent the ocean cruise,
we reimagined our ships completeley — from
the inside out — with graceful rooms designed
for your comfort and serenity. Our state-of-
the-art ships feature all veranda staterooms
and a creative layout that maximises your
personal space, without wasting an inch of it
on novelties like onboard casinos or children's
pools.
We have designed our ships down to the most
minute detail — from the serene Wintergarden,
perfect for a calming cup of tea, and our
Scandinavian-inspired spa, a Nordic sanctuary
of wellness, to the Explorers' Lounge where
you can share your latest adventures with
fellow passengers as you take in spectacular
approaches of your destination.
On a Viking ocean cruise, you will sail into the
heart of your destination, so you can explore
up close and in depth. The size of our vessels
— with just 930 guests — gives us greater
maneuverability, allowing us to dock where the
mega-liners that dominate the world's ports
today cannot. From our prime, central berths in
the world's great cities such as Venice, London,
Hong Kong and Sydney, and in seldom-visited
ports like Kotor, Montenegro and Scotland's
Shetland Islands, enriching cultural discoveries
are just a short walk from your ship.
We design our itineraries to allow you to
spend more time in port, with overnight
stays in virtually all ports of embarkation and
disembarkation. With fewer days at sea, you
will have ample time to immerse yourself in
each destination.
