Watch for the beautiful wildlife of Denali National Park Day 19. At Sea. Enjoy one last day at sea as your ship cruises the waters of the Gulf of Alaska alongside the Alaskan coast. BLD EXPLORE ALASKA BY LAND Day 20. Seward, Anchorage. Having reached Resurrection Bay, today you'll disembark your ship in Seward. From here, set out by train to America's northernmost city, Anchorage, which is spectacularly wedged between the Chugach Mountains and the sea. Two Night Stay: Westmark Anchorage Hotel. B Day 21. Anchorage, Freedom of Choice Sightseeing. Today in Anchorage, you may like to set off on a guided city sightseeing tour then head to the Alaska Native Heritage Center to learn about local culture. Or perhaps enjoy a cruise to view the Portage Glacier then visit the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, which assists injured and orphaned animals make their way back into the wild. Alternatively, take to the skies on a seaplane flight for incredible views of the Chugach Mountains, Turnagain Arm, the greater Anchorage area and more.B Day 22. McKinley Explorer, Denali. This morning you'll board the McKinley Explorer and travel in a glass-domed carriage on a wonderful rail journey to beautiful Denali National Park. This evening, after settling in to your resort, enjoy dinner and take in a unique Cabin Nite Dinner Show. Three Night Stay: Denali National Park, McKinley Chalet Resort (or similar). BLD 108 Day 23. Denali. After breakfast, you'll set out on the renowned Tundra Wilderness Tour into the heart of Denali National Park. Board a specially designed vehicle and travel almost 100 kilometres deep into the park, maximising your chances of spotting native wildlife and increasing your odds of seeing the impressive peaks of Mt McKinley from up close. Following the tour, the afternoon is yours at leisure to relax or further explore as you please. B Day 24. Denali, Freedom of Choice Sightseeing. Today, choose from a range of activities in Denali National Park. You may like to play an extremely unique round of golf amid the tundra wilderness; visit a husky homestead or enjoy a leisurely float along the Nenana River, watching for the wildlife along its banks.B Day 25. McKinley Explorer, Fairbanks. Today you'll depart Denali National Park and travel by coach to the frontier town of Fairbanks, Alaska's second largest city. Settle in to your hotel before dinner this evening. Two Night Stay: Fairbanks, Westmark Fairbanks Hotel (or similar). BD Day 26. Fairbanks. This morning, after taking a unique sternwheeler cruise along the Chena and Tanana rivers, see the engineering marvel of the TransAlaska Pipeline from up close. Then continue on to Gold Dredge 8, a National Historical Monument. Here, you will see first-hand how the dredge worked the gold fields back in the early 1900s. Afterwards, return to Fairbanks in time for dinner. BLD Day 27. Dawson City. Departing Alaska, fly to Dawson City (flight included), site of the world's greatest gold rush stampede in the late 1800s. On arrival, check in to your hotel in the heart of the Klondike National Historic Site, and tonight take in a show at the famous Diamond Tooth Gerties Gambling Hall. Two Night Stay: Westmark Inn Dawson City. D B Day 28. Dawson City, Freedom of Choice Sightseeing. Choose from a range of activities in Dawson City today. Perhaps learn about the city's history during a tour; take a gentle float trip on the Klondike River; enjoy a Jeep Wrangler 4x4 tour of the Klondike Goldfields; or visit some amazing viewing points including the Midnight Dome. Afterwards, enjoy a Yukon River cruise before time at leisure. B Day 29. Whitehorse. Experience the vast expanse of Yukon wilderness as you travel by coach to Whitehorse, the capital of the Yukon. Two Night Stay: Whitehorse, The Westmark Whitehorse Hotel. BLD Day 30. Whitehorse, Freedom of Choice Sightseeing. Today, perhaps travel deep into the wilds of the Yukon by river boat; visit the Yukon Wildlife Preserve then explore the attractions of Whitehorse on a tour; or perhaps enjoy a nature hike in nearby Miles Canyon. Tonight, enjoy a Farewell Dinner & Drinks. BD Day 31. Whitehorse, Depart Vancouver. After breakfast, you'll fly to Vancouver (flight included), where your tour ends. B
