Grand Designs Australia Revisited In the first episodes of Grand Designs Australia Revisited host Peter Maddison revisits architect Domenic Alvaro and his partner, Sue, who bought small and built big in Surry Hills, Sydney. They transformed a tiny corner car park measuring just seven by six metres into 220 square metres of luxurious, light-filled living space. In episode two, Julie and Patrick fasttracked the construction of their super-slick, ultra-modern home in Sydney's beachside Clovelly, thanks to a firm of prefab builders in Victoria. Four top-end modules built in a Melbourne warehouse were trucked to Sydney in a dramatic convoy before being craned into place, but an ongoing water issue ensured money was literally going down the drain.
