Revel in the elegance and glamour of Monte Carlo CRUISE THROUGH PROVENCE Day 15. Viviers, Grignan. Depart Viviers today and take a trip to Grignan, perched upon a hill and surrounded by lavender fields. Here, visit a truffle farm for an insight into this unique industry. Head out with the dogs in search of truffles then enjoy a tasting of these delicacies. BLD the Provençal tradition of olive growing during a tour and tasting. Alternatively, tour the olive farm then visit Saint Paul de Mausole Asylum, where Van Gogh spent many of his later years. After your activity, see a number of Arles' Roman relics that are collectively listed as World Heritage sites. Back on board, take part in the Captain's Farewell Dinner this evening. BLD Day 19. Monte Carlo. Explore Monte Carlo on a sightseeing tour this morning. Visit the Prince's Palace of Monaco, the official residence of the Prince of Monaco, and venture in to the lavish State Apartments, which feature 15th-century frescoes and many spectacular rooms. The rest of today is then yours at leisure to relax or explore some more. B Day 16. Avignon, Freedom of Choice. Cruise to Avignon today, once an important centre of the Catholic Church. Take a sightseeing tour upon arrival, then enjoy free time to explore this medieval city at your own pace. Later this afternoon, you may like to join a tour of the Palace of the Popes. Alternatively, visit the Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct, before time at leisure in Uzès. BLD CROSS PROVENCE TO MONTE CARLO Day 18. Arles, Disembark Ship, Nice, Monte Carlo. Disembark today for the final time in Arles, where 18 Day (EURCPA18) & 15 Day (EURC15) guests transfer to the airport in Marseilles. Remaining guests travel to Nice and enjoy a walking tour. Afterwards, visit Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, a historic palazzo on the exclusive Cap Ferrat peninsula. Tour the magnificent themed gardens that surround this art-laden mansion, then continue to the glamorous Monte Carlo.
