Cities of Light & Castles Prague Castle According to the Guinness Book of Records, Prague Castle is the largest continuous castle complex in the world, covering almost 70,000 square metres. Dating back to the ninth century, the castle consists of an extensive set of palaces and ecclesiastical buildings of various architectural styles. It is also the residence of the Czech president.
