Managing the teams that load product into the reservations system, testing new functionality of the reservations system, processing and support or reporting for our ships and vendors, and processing of forms associated with guest travel. 3. What do you find most challenging about your job? at it keeps me so busy that I don't allow myself to travel as much as I would like to. 4. Which is your favourite Viking itinerary and why? e Grand European Tour because of all the charming cities you visit along the way. One of my most memorable travel experiences is cruising into Budapest at night. It is stunning! 5. What is your favourite destination and why? at is impossible to answer. I don't have a specific destination that is my favourite as I try to take in all that each destination has to offer. With that said, I definitely enjoyed being in Europe while the Christmas markets were on. It was very festive and the food was delicious. You must try a chimney cake! 6. What excites you about the future for Viking? e continued expansion of the product we offer. 7. What is a fun fact about Viking? In 2015, Viking selected employees to be the godmothers of the newly released river ships. I was honoured to be chosen as the godmother for the Viking Skirnir.
