BL Day 6. Dubrovnik, Korčula. Transfer to Orebic, where you will board the local ferry to Korčula. This evening, enjoy dinner with a Moreska sword dancing show, which reached popularity in Korčula within the 16th century. This traditional dance originated in Spain and is associated to the conflict between Moors and Christians. Stay: Korčula, Hotel Liburna. BD Day 7. Korčula, Hvar. Explore Korčula Island with a local expert, and gain insight into the Battle of 1928, Marco Polo and daily life as it is today. Afterwards, enjoy an excursion to Zrnovo, a local almost abandoned village, where a local will take you on a tour of the village, before sitting down to lunch in their own house. The afternoon is then at leisure to further explore. Tonight, board a catamaran to the glitz and glamour of Hvar, a town where 13th-century walls beautifully engulf marble streets and Gothic palaces. Upon arrival in this exquisite town, you will be transferred to your hotel. Three Night Stay: Hotel Riva Hvar Yacht Harbour Hotel. BL Day 8. Hvar. Today you will be able to explore Hvar your way with a choice of being transported by a VW Beetle or bus. Embark on a full day island tour, including a visit to Hvar Fortress, as well as the picturesque lavender fields, where you will enjoy an informal talk and demonstration, before visiting the Stari Grad. Tonight, immerse yourself in all things Hvar, where a local will join you to tell legendary tales and sing the folk songs of the island. B Day 9. Hvar. Today you will have a free day in Hvar to explore further, or simply relax and soak up the lively scenery. Tonight enjoy an authentic dinner in a remote family-owned farm, accompanied by live music. BD Day 10. Hvar, Split. Farewell Hvar this morning as you sail back to the mainland. This afternoon arrive in Split, whose perfect blend of ancient and modern presents the perfect concluding destination. Tonight, enjoy time at leisure. Two Night Stay: Split, Hotel Park. B Day 11. Split, Krka National Park. Today, you will find yourself surrounded by lush turquoise waterfalls and evergreen landscapes of Krka National Park. Afterwards, enjoy a tasting in the 500-year-old vineyards of Bibich Winery, which also provides the perfect setting for a delicious lunch.
