Set within the walls of a private apartment at La Place Bellecour square, immediately feel at home as you enjoy an engaging and interactive class in preparing a three-course extravaganza utilising the freshest local produce. To finish, sample the fruits of your labour over lunch. You will enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure to explore or relax and unwind. BL Day 8. Lyon, Mercurey, Beaune. Enjoy a free morning to wander one of the famous fresh food markets. Afterwards, head into the Mercurey wine region for a visit to Château de Chamirey, located in the best terrain within the Premier Crus of the appellation.
