Arrive in Dubrovnik, be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel. Tonight, get to know your fellow travellers as you enjoy a Welcome Reception. Three Night Stay: Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik. Day 2. Dubrovnik. Tour the main sights of Dubrovnik's Old Town, encircled with massive stone walls completed in the 16th century. Later, perhaps explore Lokrum Island, or tour along the ancient city walls. Enjoy a Welcome Dinner at a local restaurant. BD Day 3. Dubrovnik, Kotor, Budva. Enjoy a trip into Montenegro, a small country that boasts a stunning coastline and mountainous landscapes. Tour the Venetian- influenced port of Kotor, then continue to the 3,500-year-old settlement of Budva. B Day 4. Dubrovnik, Mostar. Travel into Bosnia and Herzegovina and on to the historic city of Mostar. Best known for its iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge), a reconstructed medieval arched bridge, take a guided tour and learn about the city's tumultuous history. Two Night Stay: Mostar, Hotel Mepas. Sarajevo. Historically famous for its religious diversity, Sarajevo was nearly destroyed during the 1990s Bosnian War. A compact city on the Miljacka River, surrounded by the Dinaric Alps, Sarajevo's historic core has museums and sites commemorating historic local events, including the 1914 assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, which ignited World War I, and the 1984 Winter Olympics. On arrival, you'll embark on a guided city tour taking you to the sights along the Miljacka River, where a curious architectural mixture of Ottoman and Austro Hungarian buildings reside. B Day 6. Mostar, Split. Today you will travel to Split, the second- largest city of Croatia and the largest city of the region of Dalmatia. Best best known for its beaches, white stone walls and fortresslike buildings and complexes, Split is the right balance of tradition and modernity. Here a city tour will take you to the 4th century Diocletian's Palace, the Roman Square as well as Cardo and Decumanus streets. Tonight, choose to dine at your hotel or at a local restaurant, the Adriatic Graso. Stay: Split, Hotel Park.
