HOUSEKEEPING Our housekeeping staff will attend to your suite twice daily – once during the day and again with a turndown service in the evening. Bottled water will be replenished at this time. Reception can be contacted 24 hours a day for any additional housekeeping requests. I INTERNET & WI-FI All small ships offer internet facilities. Two computers in the library offer complimentary internet and on board Wi-Fi is available throughout the ship. Due to the on board internet running from a satellite; internet access is limited and not always available. L LANGUAGE The official language used by APT staff worldwide is English. All staff, crew and local guides speak fluent English. For your convenience, all guided tours, announcements and lectures will be presented in English. LAUNDRY Laundry services are available on board and price lists will be available in your suite. Clothes cannot be dry- cleaned on board. Self-service laundry facilities are not available on board. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use an iron in your suite. LIBRARY Our ships have a collection of books and games available for guests to borrow free of charge. LIDO DECK The Lido Deck offers casual and buffet style alfresco dining (weather permitting). LOUNGES All ships feature two large, comfortably furnished lounge areas. Lounge names, size and configuration vary between ships. See pages 106-111 for deck plan details. LUGGAGE As a general rule, airlines permit passengers in economy class to take one piece of luggage that does not exceed 160cm (63 inches), or weigh more than 20kg (44 pounds). We advise you to contact your airline carrier or travel agent for specific information prior to departure, as size and weight limitations may vary. Each passenger is entitled to take one piece of luggage on your cruise that does not exceed the above specifications. Please limit your hand luggage to one bag that fits under your aircraft seat or in the overhead compartment. You will receive an APT travel bag with your documentation, which we recommend you use. LUXURY MEGA-YACHT CRUISING APT offers Luxury Mega-Yacht cruising as a sister product to Small Ship Cruising. These stylish European designed ships are privately chartered by APT for a maximum of 244 guests. Passengers are responsible for all charges that result from visiting either the onboard medical practitioner or a local medical facility. P PHYSICAL FITNESS APT Small Ship tours are not physically demanding but do require a reasonable level of health and fitness.
