Covering almost 240,000 hectares, World Heritage-listed Purnululu National Park is home to an amazing array of natural phenomena. It's been around for 350 million years and has long been inhabited by local Indigenous people, however the striking Bungle Bungle Range was a secret from the outside world until 1983. Be amazed by the magnificent sandstone beehive formations along the way to the incredible Echidna Chasm, a long and narrow chasm. It has striking colour variations, depending on the angle of the sun beaming into the chasm, with Livistona palms waving from the 200-metre high ridges above. Two Night Stay: EXCLUSIVE! It is also considered the longest single fault of its type in the world. After time exploring this area, continue towards Fitzroy Crossing, a small settlement and a true outback town situated on the mighty Fitzroy River.
