Beyond the Garden Gate. This
superbly produced coffee-table
book contains hundreds of
beautiful, original images of
gardens, people, and places
from all over the world and Botanica guests were delighted
to receive a copy on their 2015 cruise or tour.

In Beyond the Garden Gate, Judy Vanrenen takes readers on a botanical journey
through many generations of her family and describes the tourism and business
career that led her to start Botanica World Discoveries with her business partner,
Geoff McGeary, the owner of the APT Group.
Judy also describes her passion for caring for our landscapes, her ever-evolving
western Victoria country garden, Wiltshire, and the amazing people who made
Botanica the worldwide travel organisation it is today. Her travels have led her
to some wonderful gardens which she shares with her readers.
Beyond the Garden Gate has proven to be
a successful publishing venture for Judy,
with positive reviews in the gardening
media, and copies being sought after,
and sold independently at book and
garden fairs. Judy now has plans to
write and produce a second instalment,
which of course will be gifted to Botanica
guests on their future cruises or tours.
