BD Day 3. Paris. Today is yours at leisure to further explore Paris. Tonight, you may like to visit the Moulin Rouge (own expense). B Day 4. Paris, Amsterdam. Travel by coach across France, through Belgium and on to Amsterdam. Here, 8 Day (EUEC08) guests join the tour on arrival. This morning join a local guide for a tour of Cologne, Germany's fourth-largest city. Among other attractions, see the city's cathedral, once the world's tallest building. Then re-board your ship for lunch and an afternoon of cruising along the Rhine to the 2,000 year-old city of Koblenz, located at the confluence of the Rhine and the Moselle. After dinner, perhaps step out for a stroll around this charming city. Day 7. Cochem, Freedom of Choice Inclusions. Arrive in Cochem today, possibly the prettiest town in the beautiful Moselle Valley. Explore the town on a walking tour or a guided bicycle ride. Afterwards, enjoy a visit to Reichsburg Cochem, a castle that's perched on a hill overlooking the town. Take a tour and enjoy the sweeping views out over the river before returning to your ship, which will cruise back up the Moselle River, a winding and picturesque waterway. Absorb the scenery of the Moselle Valley as you pass landscapes of lush vineyards and rolling hills. Day 8. Rüdesheim, Freedom of Choice Inclusions. Today cruise through the Rhine Gorge on what is known as the most beautiful stretch of the Rhine. On arrival in Rüdesheim, perhaps board the Winzerexpress mini-train and travel to Siegfried's Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum for a tour. Alternatively, take a ride in a gondola for views over the Rhine Valley, or visit a local winery where you'll enjoy a tour and tasting.
