Arrive Buenos Aires (Argentina). Be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel before a Welcome Reception this evening. Three Night Stay: Sofitel Buenos Aires. AMAZON RIVER Encounter nature at its grandest in Pacaya-Samiria National Reserve during a five day cruise along the one of the world's most iconic waterways, the Amazon River. Take the opportunity to swim with the pink Amazon River dolphins, hike through the rainforest, canoe over tranquil lakes, meet the locals in remote riverside villages, see giant lilly pads, search for monkeys and fish for Piranhas. Day 2. Buenos Aires. Begin today with a tour of Buenos Aires, seeing some of the city's highlights before visiting Café Tortoni, a famous literati coffeehouse established in 1858. As you enjoy fresh coffee and croissants, you're invited to participate in an introductory Spanish class. Afterwards, your discovery of this great city continues, visiting places such as the barrio of La Boca. Tonight, head to the Philippe Starck-designed cabaret, Rojo Tango, for dinner, drinks and the most exclusive tango show in the city. BD Day 3. Tonight, choose from four restaurants to dine in, with our Dine Around Dinner concept. Day 4. Buenos Aires, Iguassu Falls (Argentina & Brazil). Board your flight to Iguassu Falls, a system of 275 falls on the border of Argentina and Brazil. It has the second highest annual flow of any waterfalls in the world. Land on the Argentinian side of the falls and ride the Rainforest Ecological Train through forest to a series of walkways and viewing points, including one located directly over the 82 metre-high Devil's Throat. Afterwards, travel into Brazil and on to your hotel, located just a stroll from the falls. This evening dine at the Ipê Grill within your hotel. Two Night Stay: Iguassu Falls, Hotel das Cataratas by Orient-Express. BD Day 5. Iguassu Falls. This morning, enjoy time in Brazil's World Heritage-listed Iguassu National Park. View the falls from close to the base of Devil's Throat, then visit the Parque das Aves Bird Park. Walk through the aviaries and get up close to native South American birds, including the iconic toucan. B BD Day 6. Iguassu Falls, Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). After flying to Rio de Janeiro today, check in to your hotel before spending time at leisure. Perhaps visit the Ipanema workshop of the internationally acclaimed jeweller, H. Stern. At sunset, absorb one of the world's truly exquisite views as you ride a cable car from Praia Vermelha (Red Beach) via Morro da Urca (Urca Hill) to TRAVELLERS SMALL GROUPS MAX. 28
