The OTA Price Match Policy is not valid on group bookings or air only bookings. Cheap Caribbean matches travelling 61 days and beyond from the booking date with AVOK Total Vacation Security will earn up to 14% Commission: Up to 14% Commission on CheapCaribbean.com matches: All bookings traveling within 60 days of booking date and all bookings without AVOK Total Security travelling 61 days and beyond of booking date will receive standard OTA commission of 10% on the land portion of the booking. Cheap Caribbean Value Air Flight Packages vs. Apple Vacations Charter Packages booked 61+ days of travel – Full earned commission up to 14% on air/hotel package. Cheap Caribbean Scheduled Air Packages to Apple Vacations Charter Packages booked 61+ days of travel earn up to 11% commission on charter package. Scheduled Air to Scheduled Air Packages & Land only to Land only booked 61+ days of travel – Earned commission up to 14% on the hotel portion of the booking. Commission for the scheduled air portion of package is adjusted to 0%. Note: Cheap Caribbean Price Match policy is not valid for traditional groups. Commission is capped at earned amounts for agencies earning less than commission amounts. Price Match on Guaranteed Bookings: Existing bookings under deposit or paid in full with AV-OK may be price matched, but require surrender of AV-OK. Existing bookings under deposit or paid in full without AVOK may be priced matched, but applicable to cancellation fees will be applied. Special Packages: Apple Vacations will attempt to match all special packages including open jaw packages and special accommodation requests. Service Fees: Agency service fees are not permitted on OTA, Hotel Direct and Membership Club matches. Service fees of up to $50 per person are permitted on all other price matched bookings. Apple Vacations reserves the right to revoke this policy from any agency that abuses it. Apple Vacations will make every possible effort to accommodate your price match, if we are unable to verify the price for the like competitor's product, we may not be able to approve the match.
