Arrive Istanbul. Arrive in Istanbul and be transferred to your small ship. This evening, enjoy Welcome Drinks and Dinner. 28 Night Stay: MS Island Sky. D Day 2. Gallipoli Peninsula. Experience the ANZAC legend firsthand with a full-day excursion to the Gallipoli Peninsula. See the many memorials that stand as tribute to those who lost their lives in World War I. During the day, commemorate at Anzac Cove, the Australian Memorial at Lone Pine, and the New Zealand Memorial at Chunuk Bair. BLD Day 3. Kusadasi, Ephesus. From Kusadasi, drive to the ancient city of Ephesus. One of the best-preserved classical cities of the Eastern Mediterranean, Ephesus is a stunning, partially excavated site complete with lovely architecture including the impressive Library of Celsus. BLD Day 4. Mykonos, Syros, Freedom of Choice. Sail to the sun-drenched isle of Mykonos and embark on a gentle walking tour of the town. Wander along quaint cobbled streets, passing by chic boutiques, elegant nightclubs and white-washed houses on the way to Alefkandra. Alternatively, relax on a sun bed on the stunning beach, Plays Giallos. Continue to Syros and visit the Holy Cathedral of the Dormition of the Virgin, the Vaporia district and Miaouli Square. BLD Day 5. Nafplio, Freedom of Choice. Choose your preferred activity in Nafplio. Perhaps enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town and Syntagma Square, or visit the ancient sites of Epidaurus and Mycenae. Another option is to be guided by an ornithological expert on a bird-watching expedition to Nea Kios, with 160 different species to spot during the tour. BLD Day 6. Corinth Canal, Itea, Delphi. This morning, your ship will traverse the Corinth Canal, a waterway that, at just 21.3 metres wide, is accessible only by small ship. Later, arrive in the Greek port of Itea and set off on an excursion to the sacred site of Delphi. BLD Day 7. Katakolon. The fame of Olympia rests upon the original site of the Olympic Games, and today you'll see the gymnasium, stadium and palestra (wrestling school). Afterwards, be treated to the quintessential Greek farm experience. Be greeted by a Greek family and indulge in a glass of wine before being shown around their property.
