A $300 per person deposit and signed booking form are required within 7 days to confirm your seat. 2. Actual seat numbers will not be confirmed in advance. 3. Full and final payment is due eight weeks prior to departure or on confirmation if your booking is made within eight weeks of the departure. If full payment is not received by the due date automatic cancellation may take place. 4. The Antarctica Flight fare is non-refundable if cancelled by the passenger within four weeks of departure but you may transfer your ticket to another person of your choice provided sufficient time is given to Antarctica Flights to re issue the tickets (amendment fees will apply). 5. Amendment/Transfer – $100 service fee per change will apply to changes of class and/or changes of name. 6. Cancellation fees (Antarctica Flight): If you book and cancel, the following fees will apply; a) Deposit is non-refundable. b) Between eight weeks and four weeks prior to departure – full refund less 50% cancellation fee. c) Between four weeks and departure date – no refund. d) Travel insurance is strongly recommended – enquire when booking. 7. Travel documents and trip information will be forwarded to you approximately 10 days prior to travel providing full payment and a signed booking form have been received by Antarctica Flights. 9.
