Tanya MUIA – Chadwick Models & Casting, Perth Like most women, I have several handbags in all shapes, size and colours. However, I usually favour a particular bag for the season, and this "Marc" by Marc Jacobs gets a daily run. I was in great need of a new black bag and I ended up finding it about six months ago at Wasteland in King Street. Marc Jacobs' style, quality and shapes are on trend, yet classic, so this bag was perfect. The size and design works great for toting around everything you could possibly need. Easy compartments, super-soft beautiful leather, bold hardware, and the handles and strap make the design versatile and stylish. W hat sort of handbag do you have and why did you choose it? How important is your handbag in conducting your day-to-day business? For me, handbags on a day- to-day basis must be practical as much as they are beautiful. I carry a lot of work-related material for our models, so I need a bag that comfortably holds my business and personal stuff. List the five to 10 most important items stashed in your bag and why you need them? Peachy Clean organic products: All chemical-free, organic, vegan and so lovely to use. I love Sodashi Calming Rose Face Mist ( perfect to spritz on to refresh and renew throughout the day) and the Savi Hand Cream in a divine "Wellbeing" scent which keeps my hands soft. Dr Hauschka Lip Care 30 SHEILA MARCH 2012 Stick: Perfect for keeping the lips moist throughout the day. Sequined Mimco make-up bag: This was a Christmas gift from one of my models and is perfect for carrying all of my touch-up make-up. Blackberry: Vital for my communication. Essential to being contactable when out of the office for the agents, model bookings with clients, model liaising and email updates. Filofax: Although we live in a world where we are driven by technology, I prefer to have all of my appointments on paper the old- fashioned way. I take my diary with me everyday and love the colour of this Filofax. Red eelskin coin purse: Handy for holding all my loose change, essential for parking meters and those small purchases like coffees and newspapers. USB stick: One of the best little inventions! It carries all my work-related info, including the latest model pictures from our photoshoots. Odyssey sunnies: I love my gold go- everywhere aviator-style sunnies. And the rock-hard case means they never get damaged! What one item do you wish you had in your bag and why? A winning lotto ticket. What sort of things do you consider when choosing your handbag? I generally steer away from the hottest trends and invest in something spectacular that I'll love and use forever. The scale of a bag is important for me – I'll choose a bag that goes with my shape and frame.
