Kununurra, Purnululu National Park, Cathedral Gorge, Piccaninny Creek, Bungle Bungle Wilderness Lodge. Board a scenic flight in Kununurra to World Heritage-listed Purnululu National Park. En route, fly over Lake Argyle before arriving in Purnululu National Park. Marvel at Cathedral Gorge and test the acoustics of this natural amphitheatre. Walk along Piccaninny Creek for a closer inspection of the striped beehive domes. Then head to the award-winning Bungle Bungle Wilderness Lodge to relax before dinner. Two Night Stay: EXCLUSIVE! Bungle Bungle Wilderness Lodge. BLD Day 3. Echidna Chasm, Sunset Drinks. Travel to Echidna Chasm, a spectacular natural cleft in the rock. Here, join a hike where your expert local guide will bring the sights to life, describing their cultural and geological significance. Enjoy sunset drinks as the sun goes down on the Bungle Bungle massif. BLD Day 4. Scenic Flight, Depart Kununurra. After breakfast, board your scenic flight over the Kimberley. From the air see the Argyle Diamond Mine. Land in Kununurra, where your tour concludes later in the morning. B Day 1. Mitchell Plateau, Little Mertens Falls, Bradshaw Art, Big Mertens Falls, Mitchell Falls. After an early morning hotel pick-up, depart Kununurra by light aircraft at approximately 6 am for the remote Mitchell Plateau. Transfer to Mitchell Falls Wilderness Lodge for breakfast. Your local guide will share fascinating stories of the region as you begin your exploration of the Mitchell Plateau. You'll have the chance to walk to Little Mertens Falls to inspect ancient and rarely viewed Bradshaw Art (Gwion Gwion). Continue to stunning Big Mertens Falls. Perhaps enjoy a swim before lunch, then take an included scenic helicopter flight over stunning Mitchell Falls.
